Teacher

Duties

• Collaborate with the assistant teacher targeting instruction to meet students’ needs
• Work with small groups of students
• Regularly communicate with parents
• Develop own lesson plans targeted to meet the small group and individual student needs
• Knowledge and experience teaching character education
• A collaborative manner with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master degree in Early Childhood from birth to 2nd grade, NYS certification, and experience working with Pre-k age children (4 years old)
• Have a relentless work ethic, and be a high-energy individual
• Be humanistic, compassionate, and driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
